Did you know that at North Street Dental Practice we offer ‘Tooth Whitening‘, or as it is sometimes called ‘Tooth Lightening‘.

This is the process of removing stains and discolouration from teeth through a bleaching process to make them look “whiter”?

For heavily stained teeth, a scale and polish from a dental hygienist can significantly improve their appearance and make them look “whiter”.

Professional home whitening kits provide more lasting results over a longer time scale than in-surgery or ‘laser’ whitening offered in some other establishments.

Be aware that many people are not suitable for teeth whitening. The teeth whitening process does not change the colour of crowns, veneers or fillings so you may need to change these to match the colour of your whitened teeth.

The change in colour varies from individual to individual. Some people respond very well to teeth whitening and have dramatically whiter teeth as a result, whereas others may notice very little difference at all. People with heavily stained yellow teeth tend to have more dramatic results than those with slightly discoloured teeth. Your dentist will be able to advise you.

Patients must be dentally fit to proceed with teeth whitening treatment. Whether a patient is deemed dentally fit for treatment will be at the clinician’s absolute discretion. Additional treatment required to make a patient dentally fit and suitable for teeth whitening will be charged at an additional cost. This treatment can be completed in 3-4 weeks, however North Street Dental does not guarantee this timeframe and the timeframe may vary.

Appointments for the teeth whitening offer are subject to availability. The teeth whitening discount is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other treatments. All sales are final. In the event that North Street Dental is not able to facilitate an appointment scheduled in relation to this offer, North Street Dental will use best efforts to rearrange the appointment. Where the appointment must be cancelled in the event that North Street Dental is unable to facilitate the appointment and cannot rearrange the appointment, a full refund will be issued to the patient. The teeth whitening discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

North Street Dental Practice accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered as a result of the use of this offer or receipt of the treatment. North Street Dental does not guarantee that the treatment will not cause damage of any kind (whether direct or indirect) to the patient’s teeth, and therefore North Street Dental accepts no responsibility in the event that the treatment causes any damage to the patient’s teeth.

Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits liability for personal injury resulting from North Street Dental Practice’s negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability which cannot be limited by law. The offer is open to people aged 18 and over only. North Street Dental can vary or replace these conditions from time to time, at its sole discretion and reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time. Revised terms and conditions become effective upon being published on this page.

If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed deleted, but that shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of the terms and conditions.
