Assistant Practice Manager and Receptionist

I started working at North Street in November 2023 as a full-time dental receptionist, having previously spent some time studying as a trainee dental nurse. However, I discovered my passion lies more with the customer service side of dentistry. In May 2025 I stepped into a new role as assistant manager and receptionist in order to support our practice manager in working across two practices.

I have always worked in the health care industry as I love being able to help people and I really enjoy caring for our patients. I enjoy being our patients first and last part of their dental visit and providing a positive experience.

When I am not at work you can find me supporting my team Westham with my partner and looking after our 2 beloved cats.
