Meet the Team - Mr Gary Burgess

I was born in New Zealand and qualified there in dentistry in 1988. I initially worked in a hospital, and gained additional training in Oral Medicine and Oral surgery before coming to England in 1990.
Developing from this experience I have maintained a broad background in comprehensive general dentistry, with particular interests in intravenous sedation, smile analysis, cosmetic and aesthetic restorative dentistry, implant restoration and oral surgery.
Just as we are all unique and individual, and have differing needs, wants, priorities and expectations, I believe that dentistry and health care must also follow these fundamentals in order for it to be truly successful. this is why I maintain a private practice. For children, I have a contract with the NHS that provides free preventative and routine treatments up to the age of 18 years.
As part of the excellent team here I am fortunate to work alongside my nurse Pam who has over 50 years experience, most of which was gained at North Street Dental Practice!!!
